TeachingBooks and Book Connections give access to a database of resources for children's and young adult books and their authors and illustrators. Use either to search titles, authors and illustrators, and find resources to engage readers. The resource collection includes short movies, audio book readings, book discussion guides, and more.

Please know that Book Connections and TeachingBooks utilize the same program, infrastructure, and content, and are run by the same people. The difference is the interface for the audience. TeachingBooks is designed to serve the PreK-12 school community and their families, as well as pre-service educators in colleges and universities. Book Connections is a separate interface to meet the needs of public libraries and their communities.
